PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION ISSUE:
The aim pursued by the public administration was to increase and improve services and information to thier citiznes. In this direction it was decided to use new media channels such as web Call and video Calls.
In this case is not needed to be logged on the portal, and citizen had a chance contact center operator via chat web call, like a normal PSTN call and it would be possible to scale into a Video communication.
PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION SOLUTION:
These initial requirements are fully implemented by our platform WCS. The system in question is in fact capable of making available to the area of customer care of the customer, as part of UC, a series of communication channels such as:

- Call Audio / Video
In this scenario the public administration has the possibility of end to end from the web with a citizen who can give answers and informations about services on the city area. The employment of this type of communication is via a try-bar mail in "infoline" section of the portal.
