Results In the last few years Eudata got great results and increased its business in several areas, especially in the video contact center. We're now perceived as the leader in the market of Video Contact Center, and we'll continue to push this area. Our idea is to work with system integrators, supporting them in their local business with our products and specialized services, in order to provide them an "easy to engage" support in delivering Multichannel solutions for Customer Care. We're also working to create new products and open new business areas, like the Smart Grid one.
