He will speak about "Web Contact Systems (WCS): Real-Time Services For Your Web Portals" focusing on the use of the Web Contact System in the Contact Center environment, with particular reference to the integration with MCAL, the multimedia routing engine developed by Bucher & Suter. Wcs is chosen as the answer for communication between portals and the contact centre by Intesa Sanpaolo. The new monitoring system by Eudata will be soon available for the download in trial version.
